What personal data do we collect, and with whom do we share your personal information?
We do not collect personal information or sell it to outside partners. We may share your information with partners, but only to provide you with a service you have subscribed to or to enhance your user experience on the site. We never share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may ask you to provide us with personal information in order to provide you with the service you expect. For example, we may ask you for your contact information so that we can provide you with your newsletter or allow you to create an account to access restricted areas of the site. Support Companies who provide us with the primary services of data processing, such as ensuring the security of our site, and who process the data for the purposes described above, or who were introduced to you when we collected your data. For example, if you wish to sign up for email updates, the only data collected will be your name, email and the page on which you filled out a form. This information is stored directly on KGB's servers.
Trusted Third Party Companies that provide additional data processing services, analyze data, provide marketing services and manage credit card processing. These third parties have only limited access to the data they need to perform their services, and they may not use it for any other purpose. Furthermore, they are contractually obliged to use it in accordance with this privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
Legal or similar bodies, where we believe that the provision of the information is necessary (i) to comply with a legal obligation or (ii) to establish and defend our legitimate rights, and
Any other person designated by you, with your explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing personal data.
The legal basis for our collection and use of personal data as described above depends on the type of information and the context in which we collect it.

We collect your personal information in the following cases:

The information is necessary to perform a service (for example, we need your email address to send you a newsletter, and your postal address to deliver your order);
The processing we carry out is necessary to defend one of our legitimate interests, without overriding your own rights.
You have explicitly consented to this (for example, you have ticked a box allowing us to send you advertisements for products or services from partners that we think may be of interest to you); or
The information is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g., tax obligations)
You have submitted an unsolicited application. In this case, you authorize Propagandist to transmit your data (e.g. CV, diplomas, personal data) to relevant companies.
Each of our messages contains an unsubscribe link that you can use to unsubscribe at any time.

Where we collect and use your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, it will be to enable the provision or improvement of our services, sites and communications, namely prospecting and direct marketing, fraud prevention, management of customer and prospect issues... We may rely on the basis of legitimate interest for other processing and, where appropriate, we will indicate to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are.

How do we ensure the protection of your Personal Data?
We have taken adequate organizational and technical measures to protect the data we collect and process. These measures are designed to provide the level of security necessary to address the risks associated with the processing of your data. When we have to share data with third party companies, we ensure that the data will also be protected, and will not be provided or resold to an unauthorized third party.
